Key Responsibilities
Country Representatives represent GUIDE in their country, build partnerships with local stakeholders, support the implementation of programs and initiatives, promote the Baku Process and GUIDE's activities, and facilitate youth and community engagement at the national level.

We are looking for professionals with experience in international relations, culture, or social development, who possess strong communication and networking skills and demonstrate a genuine commitment to intercultural dialogue and cooperation. Candidates should be able to operate effectively at both national and international levels.
