Overview

GUIDE's work is organized around a practical conviction: that dialogue only creates lasting change when it is accompanied by structured action. Each initiative, program, and project developed under GUIDE's framework is designed with this in mind — whether building institutional capacity for inclusion, equipping organizations with tools for self-evaluation, or bringing young people from different countries into direct, meaningful exchange.

The work spans multiple formats and audiences. Some initiatives engage institutions directly, providing frameworks and commitments that embed intercultural values into organizational practice. Others work at the community and youth level, creating spaces for dialogue, cooperation, and skills development. Together, they form a coherent body of action that gives the principles of the Baku Process a continuous, ground-level presence.
