The third panel discussion titled "Youth and Cultural Diplomacy: Next-Generation Impact Mechanisms" took place.

During the panel discussion, an extensive exchange of views was held regarding the growing role of youth in cultural diplomacy, the contribution of youth to peacebuilding processes within international organizations, and next-generation approaches and impact mechanisms in promoting intercultural understanding.

Leyla Hasanova, Chair of the Non-Aligned Movement Youth Organization, and Ramin Habibzada, Deputy Director General of the Eurasian Regional Center of the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum, spoke as the panelists. The speakers discussed the increasing representation of Azerbaijani youth on international platforms, the place of cultural diplomacy in the peace agenda, and the proactive role of youth in these processes.

During the panel, Leyla Hasanova drew special attention to the growing role of youth in international diplomatic processes in her speech. Referencing her experience specifically within the framework of COP29, she emphasized that the participation of youth in the global climate agenda is no longer symbolic but possesses real impact power. Leyla Hasanova noted that such global platforms provide youth not only with the opportunity to participate but also to express their positions, launch initiatives, and become active parties in diplomatic processes.

In his speech, Ramin Habibzada spoke about the importance of proper representation of Azerbaijan on international youth platforms. He stated that youth representing the country on foreign platforms do not only achieve individual success, but also become living carriers of diplomacy who convey Azerbaijan's culture, values, and message of peace to the world. Ramin Habibzada emphasized that active participation in international organizations, networking, and taking initiative further strengthen the contribution that youth make to the country's image through cultural diplomacy.

The panel continued in an interactive format moderated by Ali Suleymanov, a board member of the "Bir Könüllü" Student Organization, and the participants' questions were answered in detail by the speakers.
