Within the framework of the "Youth in Intercultural Dialogue for Peace – Baku Forum"—organized by the "Bir Könüllü" Students Cooperation Public Union, with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and in partnership with Baku State University, the "BSU Volunteers" organization, and the Global Union for Intercultural Dialogue (GUIDE)—a meeting of the working group consisting of forum participants was held.

During the meeting, the theses, proposals, and approaches put forward by the participants during the panel discussions, interactive sessions, and group work throughout the forum days were systematized and discussed. These materials were summarized by the working group, and a joint effort was undertaken to draft the text of the Forum's Final Manifesto.

During the discussions, a shared position among the participants was formed across areas such as the protection of multicultural values, the development of intercultural dialogue, the promotion of inclusivity, social integration, and the strengthening of cooperation among youth.

The drafted text was presented to the forum participants, and the Final Manifesto was approved by unanimous decision.

At the closing ceremony, the Final Manifesto was officially announced by the forum participants.
